At Tech4fun, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Right We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order — going beyond the standard EU 14-day requirement. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us at mikolaj.gawor-czajewski@tech4fun.store within 30 days of delivery.
How to Start a Return Please contact us before sending anything back. In most cases, we will resolve your issue — including issuing a full refund — without requiring you to ship the item back. This avoids unnecessary shipping costs for you.
If a return shipment is required, we will provide you with instructions and the appropriate return address at that time.
Condition of Returned Items Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. We reserve the right to reduce your refund if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to assess its condition.
Refunds Once your return is approved, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Defective or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
- Items returned without prior contact or authorization
